ALA Creatives provides professional graphic design, branding, social media management, and printing services. Each project is subject to a specific proposal and scope of work agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ALA Creatives retains ownership of all draft concepts. Full ownership of the final approved design is transferred to the client only upon receipt of full payment.
A deposit is required to begin any project. Final files or printed materials will be released once the balance is settled in full.
Standard projects include a set number of revision rounds. Any additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
ALA Creatives is not liable for any printing errors once a final digital proof has been approved by the client.
